Rockland is located along Rt-17 on the southern bank of the Ottawa River, approx. 35 km northeast of Ottawa.

Arena is home of the Canadian International Hockey Academy Voyageurs and a training facility for Hockey Canada. Arena features two NHL-size rinks.

From Ottawa: Hwy-417 east approx. 6.5 km to Hwy-17 East. Continue east on Hwy-17 approx. 33 km to Industrielle Street. Turn left on Industrielle St. and proceed north a short distance to Canadian International Hockey Academy.
