Fans of the La Pêche Predators are probably still trying to understand the outcome of the game on Sunday afternoon, October 2nd at the Complex Sportif de La Pêche.  The Cumberland Bandits won 7-3.

La Pêche was ahead 3-0 at the end of the first period. The local fans had many reasons to believe that they would easily win the game. However, the Bandits came back and scored 5 unanswered goals in the second period and 2 more goals in the third period. “Another strong goaltending performance by Romeo Boudreau and one of our rookie players, Remi Leclerc” said Head Coach, Bob Paquette. It’s great to see that “we have a roster where each line is capable of scoring” said General Manager, Rick Julien.

Fans are invited to the Bandits first home game on Saturday, October 8th at Ray Friel Pad #1. The game starts at 7:30pm. Admission to regular season games this season is $6 for adults and $4 for students and seniors.
